The location is ideal. It is possible to walk close to the railway station and the entire worth seeing surroundings of the city centre. Very attentive, nice staff in the reception area.

Great complimentary breakfast with tasty pork sausage and bacon, as well as a variety of cheeses 🍳. Perfect location.

Our window of our room went out to a busy street and unfortunately the windows were not soundproofed.

The staff was very nice. The location was good.
I expected more for a bargain offer at a 5 star hotel. We got the worst room in the whole hotel, for a price of 200 euros per night the room was too small, there was no bathroom, no free WiFi, extra charged breakfast, the bed was very small, and the way from the elevator to the room was the longest. After that, there was even a 3 star hotel much more convenient, the room and bed size are ok, WiFi and breakfast are included at about 120 euros per night.

The rooms on the 2nd level were nicely air-conditioned and had everything you could need, and the location was super convenient.

The location of the hotel was very good and also the breakfast was good. I also liked the reception at the hotel very much.
Unfortunately we had to pay for the WiFi in the room, in my opinion this should be included in the price (at this price range).

Nice rooms, good front desk and concierge services, very nice breakfast. Perfect location.
Not cheap though. For that price we could have been expecting a slightly better and especially more smiley service at the restaurant and in the hotel!... Moreover, the extras requested were forgotten (extra baby beb not there). Transfer from the airport is hugely expensive for 20 minutes drive. Finally, if you consider ordering a fruit basket in the room: 12Eur for 2 apples and grapes, No comment...

Had a really great time for 2 days. The family room we got was cool with AC and a minibar. Found an open bottle left by the previous guest and some comfy robes, so that was a nice touch! 🌟

The location's great. Great receptionist. The rooms are very nice
The staff at breakfast should have been and could have been more attentive. . And 30€ for the buffet are not justified

Nice staff, super central location
Very narrow beds in the family room, room not very clean, no value for money
