The location is ideal. It is possible to walk close to the railway station and the entire worth seeing surroundings of the city centre. Very attentive, nice staff in the reception area.

I was disappointed this time. My room key failed twice, and the service was unhelpful. The location remained a highlight, and the staff's lack of assistance with luggage was frustrating.

Our window of our room went out to a busy street and unfortunately the windows were not soundproofed.

The staff was friendly and the room was comfortable, but
The bathroom had a few cleanliness issues that were disappointing. The hotel has a nice fitness center, and the location is convenient for sightseeing. I hope they address the housekeeping lapses soon!

Nice rooms, good front desk and concierge services, very nice breakfast. Perfect location.
Not cheap though. For that price we could have been expecting a slightly better and especially more smiley service at the restaurant and in the hotel!... Moreover, the extras requested were forgotten (extra baby beb not there). Transfer from the airport is hugely expensive for 20 minutes drive. Finally, if you consider ordering a fruit basket in the room: 12Eur for 2 apples and grapes, No comment...

The staff was very nice. The location was good.
I expected more for a bargain offer at a 5 star hotel. We got the worst room in the whole hotel, for a price of 200 euros per night the room was too small, there was no bathroom, no free WiFi, extra charged breakfast, the bed was very small, and the way from the elevator to the room was the longest. After that, there was even a 3 star hotel much more convenient, the room and bed size are ok, WiFi and breakfast are included at about 120 euros per night.

Nice staff, super central location
Very narrow beds in the family room, room not very clean, no value for money

Great location and excellent service.
I really enjoyed my stay, especially the fantastic location just a short walk from Central Station. The club lounge offered a nice variety of snacks and beverages which were a hit after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were great, even providing personal touches. The breakfast could use some improvement in terms of variety and freshness.

The highlights were the nearby canals, perfect for a boat tour. The spacious room allowed us plenty of space to accommodate our baby comfortably.
For families with children, better soundproofing would be great.

The location of the hotel was very good and also the breakfast was good. I also liked the reception at the hotel very much.
Unfortunately we had to pay for the WiFi in the room, in my opinion this should be included in the price (at this price range).
